We meet each Clinical Fellow (CF) where they’re at! SPG ensures that your tailored experience will exceed the legal supervision requirement hours of your state and ASHA. You will also receive ongoing mentorship beyond your CF year, including expanded learning opportunities and support with your professional goals.

What is the Compass Program?
We will guide each CF through the licensing process and provide ongoing learning opportunities throughout your first year as a school-based SLP. In addition to your dedicated CF supervisor and regional team, you will have access to a variety of supports and resources that serve to empower you as a professional.
