  • Amy O’Neal »
    Amy O’Neal

    Vice President of School Services – School Psychology

    Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Psychology at San Francisco State University. Amy is also a Licensed Educational Psychologist. Amy’s professional background includes experience working across all grade levels in conducting psycho-educational assessments, providing school-based counseling services, and consulting with parents and teachers in diverse settings such as large public school districts, private schools, and non-public schools. Amy is trained in behavioral analysis and intervention, and brings her expertise into her leadership work by guiding and supporting our team of clinicians. Amy is passionate about mentoring, training, and collaborating with others in the field and values building strong district partnerships, supporting clinicians with meaningful resources, and cultivating a culture of continued learning and professional growth. Amy joined SPG in 2019 and since that time has served in a variety of clinical and management capacities and currently leads our School Psychology team while supporting our district partnerships.

  • Angela Zamora-Morris »
    Angela Zamora-Morris

    Senior Director of School Services – Education and Mental Health

    Angela has worked in the field of Special Education for nearly 26 years. Her involvement and passion for Special Education started when she was a young girl. Angela’s first language is sign language, which allowed her to interpret for her mother in numerous IEPs and meetings for her brother who has a diagnosis of Autism, ID and ADHD. Angela become a classroom aide in a non-public school setting and fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as she finished her undergraduate degree in Child and Adolescent Development at San Diego State University. She then obtained her Master’s in Special Education at California State Sacramento. Prior to joining SPG in 2021, she provided operational oversight and leadership to nine non-public schools in the Bay Area. Over the years, Angela has supervised and supported numerous teachers, classroom aides and related services providers in caseload management, IEP services and curriculum and instructional support. Angela has a passion for collaborating with teams, supporting families through the IEP process and helping students succeed.

    Anna received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of the Pacific. She began her career working with adults in skilled nursing facilities and later went on to work in early intervention, providing in-home speech and language therapy services to the birth to three population. For the last six years Anna has worked in the school setting, providing services to a large percentage of English Language Learners, along with supervising a number of clinical fellows. She currently provides clinical support and supervision to school-based SLPs and SLPAs throughout the Contra Costa area.

    Director of School Services – Education

    Candice has worked in the field of Special Education since 2005. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child Development, and earned her masters degree in Education with a concentration in Special Education and Behavioral Analysis. Prior to joining the SPG Community, Candice led a Non-Public School program as the School Director. She oversaw the school’s Instructional and Behavioral Programs, providing professional development trainings, supervision, and consultation. Candice is an advocate for staff success and development, and has encouraged and mentored a number of educators advancing in their own professional careers. In her administrative role, Candice has developed strong, positive partnerships with local school districts and worked collaboratively with a variety of professional agencies. Candice is passionate about providing equal educational opportunities for all learners and is a dedicated advocate to the students and families that she supports.

    Dale Young

    Dale has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 20 years. He received his Master’s degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Alabama, then pursued further training at Kennedy-Krieger Institute and Florida Institute of Technology before obtaining his BCBA certification. Prior to joining SPG, Dale worked in school settings providing classroom consultation and oversight of behavioral programming.  He also served as the director of a non-public school for 6 years. His particular interests include providing tier-based interventions to support students’ behavioral and social development along with use of behavioral strategies to help students succeed in school.

    DeAnna Davis

    Director of School Services – Speech and Language

    DeAnna Davis, M.A., CCC-SLP received her Master of Arts degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from San Jose State University in 2011. DeAnna has 14 years of experience working in the school setting providing services to students ranging from transitional kindergarten (TK) through eighth grade. She has experience treating different populations in a variety of areas such as language, articulation, social language/pragmatics and fluency. She has extensive experience supervising Clinical Fellows (CF’s) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), providing mentorship, clinical guidance and support to ensure high standards of practice and compliance with state and ASHA licensure requirements. Currently, DeAnna provides CF supervision, clinical support and supervision to school-based SLPs and SLPAs in and around the Solano County area.

    DeAnna has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2002. She earned her Master’s Degree in Education, Children’s Mental Health and Applied Behavior Analysis from Johnson State College in her home state of Vermont. Since becoming Board Certified in 2006, DeAnna has overseen behavioral programming in non-public schools, provided extensive training and consultation to large groups of special educators, has supported intensive in-home programs, and spent 10 years mentoring and supervising a large group of Behavior Analysts within a private ABA Company. DeAnna is passionate about helping students learn in the least restrictive environment and also supporting special educators and behavior technicians with developing an understanding of behavior so they may be more successful in their work.

  • Gretchen Harvey »
    Gretchen Harvey

    Director of School Services – Remote

    Gretchen earned an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Washington, and her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Arizona. She started her career working primarily with adults in a rehabilitation hospital setting before transitioning to school-based services, where she has served on assessment teams and supported students with a range of communication disorders. She has also worked with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students and is passionate about prevention of language deprivation syndrome through early access to a natural language. Gretchen currently provides clinical support and supervision to Clinical Fellows, remote-based SLPs, and in-person SLPs working in Bay Area school districts.

    Janna received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders at California State University, Long Beach. She has over 16 years of experience working in the public school and clinic settings. Janna has provided services to a wide range of populations, from preschool through adult transition ages, while she has clinical interests in child and adolescent language, pragmatics, and stuttering/cluttering. Previously, in addition to serving as a school-based clinician, Janna concurrently acted as the lead SLP for several years. She is passionate about advocating for appropriate working conditions, caseloads, and resources for SLPs and SLPAs. Currently, Janna serves as a support to fellow clinicians and supervisors while she helps develop and maintain district relationships within the Southern California area.

    Jenna received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to entering the world of speech-language pathology, she obtained her first Bachelor’s degree in French and Francophone Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition to her love of French, Jenna grew up bilingual in Japanese and is conversant in Spanish, and being able to work with language is what drew her to the field of speech-language pathology. Jenna has worked with individuals across the lifespan with varying support needs including preschool, K-12, adult transition, and adult populations in a variety of settings including public schools, SNFs, and a community-based program working with adults with brain injury. She has also served as a CF/RPE supervisor and SLPA supervisor, as well as, a clinical supervisor to graduate students at California State University, Sacramento. She appreciates being part of a field that values research, continuing education, and collaboration!

    Jennifer is a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham and received a Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Jennifer started her career in Early Intervention assessment and public school service provision. In 2015, she became Clinical Director of a large private practice in Los Angeles, where she supervised a multidisciplinary team both in the clinic setting and in schools. After moving to the Bay Area, she became Regional Director for a private national company with the focus being clinical support, mentoring, and supervision of clinicians in public and charter schools in California. Currently with SPG, Jennifer develops and manages relationships with San Francisco Bay Area and coastal school districts as well as supporting the clinical team.

  • Kathryn Germer »
    Kathryn Germer

    Kathryn received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University. She holds an Education Specialist Instruction Credential and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Before joining SPG, Kathryn provided applied behavior analytic services as a middle school teacher and district-wide behavior specialist in Tennessee. In addition, Kathryn taught graduate-level coursework in special education at the University of Kansas and supported professional learning series to train school-based teams to design, implement, and evaluate functional assessment-based interventions for students. Kathryn has co-authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters related to classroom management strategies, systematic screening, and schools’ use of tiered interventions to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social development. Kathryn currently provides clinical mentorship and support to BCBAs and supervises trainees pursuing certification.

  • Lisa Hockett »

    Lisa has been a Physical Therapist in the Bay Area for more than 16 years, specializing in pediatrics. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific. Lisa has worked with children in a variety of settings including schools, Early Intervention programs, clinics, and hospitals. She is especially interested in promoting equity for students from diverse backgrounds. As a Certified Clinical Instructor, Lisa enjoys supporting Physical Therapy students and graduates as they begin their careers. Currently, Lisa can be found treating preschool through adult students in the Contra Costa region and supervising Physical Therapists across the Bay Area. When she is not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, especially while hiking, camping and traveling.

    Mengting Shieh

    Mengting received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She has experience throughout Chicago, the Bay Area, and internationally working with children and adults who have speech and language disorders in both the public schools and private settings. Mengting has worked extensively with treatment and assessment of a variety of disorders including articulation, social pragmatics, language delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has been a Clinical Consultant with Hope’s Promise since 2008, traveling with teams to Kenya and Vietnam to provide intervention and training as well as ongoing remote consultation. She has also been active in collaborating with medical teams in Taiwan to provide training on dysphagia intervention for the Mennonite Christian Hospital in Hualien, Taiwan. Mengting has previously served as a Clinical Supervisor for California State University, East Bay and as the Founding Clinical Supervisor for PresenceLearning.

    Maret received her Master of Arts degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Minnesota, having completed an emphasis in Bilingual/Multicultural issues in Speech-Language Pathology. An advocate for alternative and dynamic assessment practices, Maret has presented widely on conducting accurate, evidence-based, and defensible assessments within school-based systems. Maret is passionate about honoring cultural & linguistic background through appropriate assessment, goal-writing, and beyond. Maret has been with SPG since 2009, having served in various clinical, supervisory, and management roles. Currently, Maret leads SPG’s speech team and supports district partnerships.

  • Megan Fuller »
    Megan Fuller

    Director of School Services – Occupational Therapy

    Megan has been a practicing OT for 35 years, is the SPG OT Director, and serves students in Marin public schools. Before becoming an OT, she studied public health and worked in grant writing. Megan received her Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University and, during graduate school, focused on pediatric neurodevelopment and sensory integration. Megan received a fellowship from a joint UNC-Chapel Hill/Duke University program with further pediatric studies and research opportunities. She is passionate about healthcare justice and has worked with underserved populations in urban and rural areas. She worked in early intervention, pediatric clinics, and private practice before landing in school-based practice 25 years ago. Megan thrives on her work with children and youths. She loves her position’s variety, the interprofessional collaboration, and the challenge of determining the most creative and practical ways to serve students within their school environment. Megan also trains, mentors, and supports OTs working in school-based practice.

    Natalie Webber, M.S., CCC-SLP received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Sacramento in 2006. For the last nineteen years Natalie has worked in the school setting, providing services to a variety of populations from preschool through adult transition. Areas of special interest include articulation/phonology, language, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and supporting transitions for the 18-22 years of age population. She currently provides clinical support and supervision to school based SLPs and SLPAs along with developing and managing district relations in the northern and eastern corridor of CA.

    Susan has been in private practice for over thirty years in the Bay Area. She is a graduate from Eastern Illinois University and received a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Texas Tech. Susan has expertise in the management of neurological communication disorders and language learning disorders with extensive experience as a speech/language pathologist in hospitals, medical facilities, special education settings, and home health care.

    Chris received his Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and joined SPG in 2019. Prior to joining the SPG team, his professional experience included operational leadership of a multi-state special education school system with over 40 locations. Chris has coordinated Master Contract collaboration across California and has formerly served as a Human Resources Director. In addition, Chris engages in legislation and advocacy as a board member, and former president, of the California Association of Private Special Education Schools and Agencies (CAPSES).

    Jenny earned her Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University in 2000. Her career spans clinical practice, research, university teaching, and supervision of SLPs and clinical fellows, with publications in aphasia, apraxia of speech, as well as contributions to early-literacy tools for families. In her current role, Jenny oversees multidisciplinary school-based clinical teams, including speech, behavior intervention, occupational and physical therapy, mental health, educational services, and school psychology. She is dedicated to elevating clinical quality, fostering strong collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring compassionate mentorship and professional growth for providers.

    Ingrid Gimenez Conti

    Sr. Vice President of District Partnerships

    Ingrid joined SPG in May 2025 to lead district partnerships with a focus on expanding access to high-quality special education and behavioral health services. With more than 15 years of experience supporting schools, she brings a deep understanding of how to implement student support programs that are practical, sustainable, and responsive to evolving needs.

    Her work has spanned school-based mental health, related services, academic intervention, and inclusive program design, always grounded in partnership with school leaders. She has helped teams navigate staffing shortages, compliance challenges, and growing student needs by aligning cross-functional teams around what works.

    Ingrid’s approach is rooted in listening, collaboration, and long-term relationship-building. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Gloucester Education Foundation. She is deeply committed to supporting schools as they work to serve every student with care and excellence.

Her passion for improving systems and processes lead to her current role as the Director of Information Systems. She played a pivotal role in building the foundation for SPG’s platform systems. Her goal is to continue to find efficient and innovative ways to use technology and data to ensure SPG has the most advanced tools it needs to succeed and grow.

    Jill Walson

    Jill received her Master of Science degree in Education with an emphasis in Communication Disorders from The College of Saint Rose in New York. Her work experience includes communication disorders associated with autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, developmental verbal apraxia, and central auditory processing disorders. Her advanced training includes Hanen, “It Takes Two to Talk” and the PROMPT therapy method. Her other areas of interest include social-pragmatic disorders and early intervention services with an emphasis on parent/caregiver training. Jill is also educated in DIR/Floortime Method. Jill loves living in the Bay Area with her husband and two children. She enjoys having coffee with friends, going to Lake Tahoe and cheering on her children during sporting events.

    RoseMarie has 23 years of human resources experience in various industries including a variety of healthcare organizations such as urgent care, hospitalist & emergency medicine, organ & tissue procurement, and Programs of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) environments. In addition to her HR roles in the healthcare arena, she has also held HR positions in banking, medical malpractice insurance, and auction & valuations firms. Prior to transitioning into HR, she worked as an operations leader in several Bay Area law firms where she was named “Manager of the Year” in a four state region.

    RoseMarie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Oregon (GO DUCKS!) and she holds two HR certifications – PHR & SHRM-CP. She is a die hard Duck who is personally funding $25,000 in scholarships for students at the University of Oregon and recently partnered with the university on a crowdfunding campaign to double the scholarship fund to $50,000 to help even more students.

    RoseMarie is the proud fur mom to two seven-year old buff colored Cocker Spaniel litter mates named Peanut and Cashew.

    Vice President of School Services

    Sean Green M.S., CCC-SLP received his Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Sacramento. He serves as Director of School Based Services with The Speech Pathology Group. Sean’s primary responsibilities include supervising and supporting SPG’s educationally based speech and language pathologists (SLPs) throughout Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties, creating and presenting professional development trainings and collaborating with school district special education directors and program coordinators.
    In addition, he serves as a faculty member for the Communication Sciences andDisorders Program at CSU, Sacramento and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for both the California Speech and Hearing Association (CSHA) and the CSHA Foundation. Professional development topics include Pragmatic Assessment, RTI-Articulation, RTI-Language, Eligibility Criteria in Schools, Intelligibility and Speech Sound Disorder, ESSA and Dyslexia.

    Valerie has worked for SPG since 2007 and oversees all financial aspects of the company. She has a BS in Economics and Accounting from St. Mary’s College and over 30 years of accounting experience. Valerie wholeheartedly embraces the notion that “SPG’s Employees are its Customers” and leads the Finance Team with that motto in mind. She has enjoyed helping SPG grow into a premier multidisciplinary company recognized for its excellence by its Customers and peers. Valerie helped form SPG’s non-profit organization, Children’s Services International, and serves as its Treasurer in a voluntary capacity.
