Let your referrals bloom this season! Refer a FT or PT* candidate to SPG Therapy & Education and receive a $1,500 Referral Bonus. That’s right; We will give ANYONE a bonus for every hired referral. It’s that simple.

• SLPs, SLPAs, AAC/AT Specialists, Clinical Supervisors
• BCBAs, RBTs, School Psychologists, Mental Health Therapists
• OTs, PTs, PTAs
• Special Education Teachers and Education Technicians
• Ed Techs with Tutoring Experience
• SPG Remote Teletherapy Positions: SLPs, AAC Specialists and Travel Psychs

Additional Referral Information:

• You do not need to be an SPG employee to refer. ANYONE can refer!
• When a referral is hired, referral payment will be provided by SPG, 90 days after the new employee’s start date.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Receive $1,500 for every referral we hire!
• All referral bonus payouts are considered taxable income (outside connectors will receive a 1099).
• If you’re involved in SPG employee recruitment, you are not eligible for a referral bonus.
• Program eligibility is at the discretion of SPG.
